the PRAYER BOARD

As I mentioned on the main page of this site we highlighed 3 AREAS that we felt required SPECIFIC attention from our group! So please join us and prayer specifically in regards to these areas and also feel free to post your specific needs and prayer requests, along with POSITIVE REPORTS OF EFFECTIVE PRAYER!!!

1. CANCER – Recently I have been personally been bombarded with news of cancer diagnosis, and really this bombardment has been happening for years – and I would venture to say that most people know somebody affected by this. So… we want to do something about it – begin to pray for specific people and specific situations that you know of, but also pray against CANCER itself — you’ve heard of PREVENTATIVE MEDICINE – well this is PREVENTATIVE PRAYER!
2. TIREDNESS - This is a busy season for many of us, and well, we are beginning to feel the effects of it physically. We have less energy, we are more apathetic, and even more busy with work beginning to make even larger pile than normal! So PRAY for ENERGY, pray for WISDOM on how to work for effectively and efficiently, and not only pray for but commit to a RENEWED Spiritual Life – make more time for PRAYER//BIBLE READING/STUDY//PRAISE & WORSHIP and as your SPIRIT is renewed, so your body will be also! 
3. COMPLACENCY - Also pray for a NEW PASSION – and for a NEW COMMITMENT to not only “Spiritual Things” but also in areas like CHURCH ATTENDANCE, and GIVING – tend to the PHYSICAL and to the SPIRITUAL – they are not mutually exclusive!
